OOC terminal in Oss part of the EGS network

Transhipment company OOC (Osse Overslag Centrale) and EGS agreed that the OOC terminal in Oss will be part of the EGS inland terminal network. Erik Nooijen (CEO OOC) and Mark van Andel (CEO EGS) have signed a memorandum of understanding to that effect (see photo). This means extended gate facilities and several terminal services will be added to the current regular barge services between Oss and Rotterdam. This will be worked out in more detail over the coming weeks.

Four times a week direct train service Rotterdam – Austria

Do-it-yourself desks expedite flow in Duisburg

From now on drivers bringing and collecting containers at inland terminal DeCeTe in Duisburg will complete all their formalities through a do-it-yourself desk. This will save time and improve the service of the inland terminal as a whole. The four installed work stations will be available 24/7. First LNG-driven container inland barge in EGS network

Three inland terminals in the European Gateway Services network are part of the sailing schedule of the Eiger-Nordwand, the first LNG-driven inland barge in the world.
