You can find all your current bookings on the EGS Customer Portal. The EGS Customer Portal provides a dashboard with a real-time overview of the status of your transport bookings and current information about the containers in the transport process.

The portal contains the following modules:

  • Booking overview
  • Container overview
  • Edit container data
  • Batch update container data
  • Reporting tool

The above functionalities help you to organize the planning process and further transport as efficiently as possible.

Reference check

Prior to delivering or collecting an empty container at our inland terminals in Venlo, Willebroek and Duisburg, you can easily check the shipping line reference. This way you can be sure that you will receive or return the relevant empty container at the inland terminal. It is not necessary to create an account for this service.
